Every conversation starts here. A free 15 minutes — no agenda, just an honest conversation about where you are and where you want to get to. It's a chance for you to get a feel for how I work and for me to understand what you need.

Flex Session

£100 per hour Book me for an hour and we'll work through what matters most to you. Focused, flexible, and on your terms.

Ongoing Support

For longer pieces of work, we can agree a fixed fee or a regular support arrangement — whatever suits your situation.

After each session I'll follow up with a short email, key points and agreed actions. I don't produce formal reports, so I'd encourage you to take notes as we talk if you want a fuller record.
